Long Beach Cliff May in escrow
The first post in homes4hipsters contrasted two very different Cliff May homes. One was listed for $14.5 million in Rolling Hills Estates. The other, less “fabulous” one was listed for $655,000 in Long Beach. You shoulda’ bought it when you had a a chance… oh well. This house was a foreclosure, so I bet the new buyers got it for way less than $655,000. That is, of course, if their real estate agent did a good job. Stay tuned, and I will post the final sales price.
