The 6,000 sq. ft. lot is situated at the corner of Beethoven and Palms. Considering it is located on a corner, this house is very private, because it was built perpendicular to Beethoven. The Palms side is protected by a high garden wall. Needless to say, this was a difficult home to photograph. The current owners have made some nice updates to the exterior, and the landscaping is beautiful. Last sold in february 2002 for $542,000. A good price!

Nope. This one is not for sale currently. Homes in the Gregory Ain tract don’t come on the market very often. But, the home at 3501 Meier is currently listed for $1,350,000.
