The subject of today’s Gregory Ain designed home is this neatly maintained 3 bedroom 1 bathroom hipster pad. This home, as most of the others in the Mar Vista tract was built in 1948. Now, the purpose of Mar Vista Monday is to give you some basic data about this housing tract. I search the MLS for past sales, and I look at the tax records for other information that may help you understand Mar Vista more. This home has been nicely maintained and enjoys alot of western sun in the afternoon. I can’t quite pinpoint when the current owner purchased this home, but I’m guessing this may be the first owner?
