Mar Vista Monday: 3520 Beethoven
Wow! I’m actually posting the Mar Vista Monday property on Monday! So what we have here is a very original 1948 built mid-century stylish home. As much I cant tell and according to the tax records, this is the original homeowner. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath in 1016 square feet of Gregory Ain’s original vision. It does not look like there are any upgrades, except for the humungous TV antenna. The original Japanese style garden landscaping in the front yard has matured really nicely (it’s been 60 years after all). Considering this home has not been changed or upgraded, I wonder what it would be worth on the open market?
