Built in 1948, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath home was last sold in 1997 for $325,000. The owner has an out of town address, so I’m guessing that this home is rental property presently. The home is 1,016 square feet on a 6,490 square feet lot. According to the tax records, this home has an attached 2 car garage and an attic? I don’t think a Gregory Ain flat roof home has an attic, but the tax records are compiled by county employees, so what do you expect? This home may have have a remodeled kitchen, and it looks like a security system has been installed. Nicely maintained on the outside, the owner may want to sell their investment.
