This may be the most pure example of Gregory Ain’s vision left in the Mar Vista tract. Built in 1948, this 3 bedroom/ 1 bath un-remodeled home is waiting for a buyer to come along. This home last sold in 1971 for a whopping $30,500. The landscaping has degenerated, and the building looks to have some deferred maintenance. I would love to see the inside of this 1,016 square feet home. I’m guessing Formica counters and wacky lighting fixtures abound!
