On a rainy and cold Sunday, the wife and I checked out this Mid-Century Modern condo yesterday. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is about 916 square feet. It features a separate dining area, and lots of built-in storage. There is a true master suite, a bonus for a condo at this price. The kitchen and heating is all-electric, and there is no parking in the building. There is monthly parking in a private lot next door, however. The condition of the condo unit and the building is good. Originally, this was a Tiki themed building. But over the years, some of the Tiki elements have been removed and replaced. The bathrooms in this unit feature the original pink tile and fixtures, and are remarkably clean and in good condition.
There is a small patio area next to the front door. It really is a charming condo. The best part of this listing (by PJ Jahangiri of Villa Realty Group) is the price. Don’t be fooled by the $279,900 price tag.
